Kaiapoi Library
From Monday 8th to Friday 12th October, THOMAS and FRIENDS and KIWI, our Rangiora Friend of Thomas, will be at the library from 9 am to 4 pm each day. Great fun for the children to drive a train on our layout. We will also have diorama kits to buy for the children to make their own small mini model railway. We are very happy to help and show children how to do model railway projects / mini layouts / dioramas.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
