Nelson Marlborough Health to reduce services during second strike
Nelson Marlborough Health is working hard to ensure patients and staff are safe during the strike action planned by our NZNO nurses, midwives and healthcare assistants on Thursday 12 July from 7am (ending 7am 13 July). Most non-urgent services provided at Nelson and Wairau hospitals on Thursday 12 July will be rescheduled and we will be in touch with affected patients. Emergency and essential services will be available. Do not delay seeking medical treatment or going to hospital if the matter is urgent. You can still call 111 for emergencies or an ambulance. You can also visit your GP or local pharmacy or call Healthline on 0800 611 116.
