Seeking work, open to new horizons
Hi Neighbours, I am new to Waiuku and am very happy to be here!
Formerly in the United States, I worked as a small business consultant/coach for growing e-commerce and retail founders before coming to New Zealand. Now that I'm here in Waiuku, I'm keen to get to work on just about anything really.
If you know of or own a small business keen to have a highly experienced business assistant with a strong work ethic, please feel free to make an introduction. Open to short-term project-based work or longer-term full or part-time work as a standard employee.
Also, I've taught violin lessons for several years and would consider accepting a few students who are passionate to learn and committed to practice. All ages encouraged! I can start at 6 or 7 years old depending on the student's attitude and parent's commitment to ensuring consistent practice.
I look forward to hearing from you!

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
-
59.4% Yes, supporting people is important!
-
26.3% No, individuals should take responsibility
-
14.3% ... It is complicated
