Distribution
Distribution is big business in New Zealand, employing about 1 in every 20 New Zealanders. Get into the distribution, logistics or freight forwarding industries, as this qualification will help progress your career no matter your age.

Retail is a fast-moving industry and New Zealand organisations need to respond to customer demand and predict future trends. Whether you’re already working in retail, or trying to get a foot in the door, this intermediate/supervisory level qualification will ensure you stand out from the crowd.
You'll develop your ability to give feedback, respond to customer complaints and establish better communication in the workplace, sales and consumerism, workplace training and you’ll gain retail skills that will impress your potential employer.
Hospitality
Hospitality and tourism are amongst the fastest growing areas of employment in the world and the rewards for talented and focused individuals are high. Despite the huge growth in the Hospitality, Leisure, Recreation & Tourism industry, highlighted is the lack of skilled staff to fill the vacancies.
The beauty of Hospitality, Leisure, Recreation & Tourism is that no matter where you are in the world, the industry has a place. Whether you choose to work in hotels, events, attractions, or anywhere else in the sector, there are always jobs available to Hospitality, Leisure, Recreation & Tourism graduates.
Business Administration and Technology
Whatever the industry, all businesses need qualified and professional administrative support staff. Build your business administration and computing skills to enable you to be confident with office operations and business services.
This programme will help you develop basic accounting skills, including table and formula use, as well as business document and publication production. You'll learn how to use mobile and digital technology systems and software in order to meet organisational requirements.
Plus, this certificate will also develop your understanding of office functions, financial transactions and documentation, as well as customer service.
Computing Level 2 and 3
Basic knowledge of computers.
