"I guess it’s about being more open to dialogue with each other, understanding each other, and not judging who we are or what we are, but actually embracing the differences that are in our community and then celebrating it, and we have a unique country."
Engaging with people who might be considered different to us helps to see different ideas and perspective's and grows curiosity and empathy.
Celebrating diversity encourages acceptance of differences, and help to reduce misinformation and opinions that fuel discrimination.
