Stabilised at low 3000 which is probably as low as it will go.
We are still not dropping as quickly as the rest of the country at 16%
Let us hope the Flu does not kick in and affect the picture.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
