Cashmere Rotary Bookarama 2020 is on and the collection bins are out
The Cashmere Rotary Club is once again raising funds for charity with another Bookarama at the Addington Raceway Stables and we need your donations of books , CDs, DVDs, Jigsaws, and LPs. This year’s sale runs from midday Thursday 19th November to 2pm Sunday 22nd November with everything half price on Sunday.
Please put your donations into a bag and place in the bins at one of these convenient collection points.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
