Boxfit Tuesday is back tomorrow at 10 am, Room 4, at the Phillipstown Hub (39 Nursery Rd.) πππ
No spoilers on tomorrow's workout but you know it's going to make you sweat and you're going to love it! As always, just $2 per session and don't forget that water bottle. Gloves and pads provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.
We <3 kids at Fitclub. We have toys and snacks on offer, plus lots of company, to keep them busy while you work out.Feel free to bring a shared snack for the communal table but it's not compulsory, kids can graze regardless.
Everyone's welcome - all ages, sizes, genders welcome to join in and give it a go. We'll do our best to help you make it work for you and your abilities! If you have any questions please drop us a line.

DOC is rolling out a new tool to help figure out what to tackle first when it comes to protecting our threatened species and the things putting them at risk.
Why does this matter? As Nikki Macdonald from The Post points out, weβre a country with around 4,400 threatened species. With limited time and funding, conservation has always meant making tough calls about what gets attention first.
For the first time, DOC has put real numbers around what it would take to do everything needed to properly safeguard our unique natural environment. The new BioInvest tool shows the scale of the challenge: 310,177 actions across 28,007 sites.
Now that we can see the full picture, it brings the big question into focus: how much do we, as Kiwis, truly value protecting nature β and what are we prepared to invest to make it happen?
