Ryman’s stunning new Riccarton Park Village is selling soon!

Our newest village on Steadman Road in Riccarton Park is going to be selling soon. Ground works have started on the site and it won’t be long until the village starts to take shape.

The village will boast amazing views over Riccarton Park Racecourse and will even have special viewing platforms to watch the racing. There will also be an indoor pool and spa, beauty salon, café and of course an all-weather bowling green.

The village will eventually have townhouses and apartments as well as serviced apartments and a full care centre including resthome, hospital and specialist dementia care.
