Shirish Neighbourly Lead from Avonhead

Hi
I have been doing surveys on Valued Opinions for some time now, and been receiving some reward 'pocket money' in the form of vouchers.

Over the past few weeks, I have observed that:
1. No new surveys are available
2. I tried to redeem a $20 reward out of available balance of $27.75, but could not. "An unexpected error has occured. Please contact us...." was the message I received.
I smell a rat......and would be keen to know if anyone else has had a recent experience - positive or otherwise.
