Morning all Tai Chi at the RSA Every Tues.

Maree from Templeton

Tai Chi has come to the Templeton RSA.
Mary has been instructing Tai Chi for many years, and will be here every Tuesday morning from 10.30 am - 11.30.
Cost is $5.00 per person - if you do not come you will not have to pay.
I took note Feb 14th was the first day I attended. It is such fun.
We need more of our community to support Mary at the RSA.
Sadly there was only 6 of us there today.
It is gentle exercise that has helped me.
I started in Feb, as I have had a colostomy then reversal and wanted something I could participate with.
I will even meet and greet people outside at 10.15
Lets make Tues a great day to have an hour of fun.
Lets all meet and make some friends.
It has put a smile on my face.
I would really love to surprise Mary next Tues with a group of people ready to join in.
