Classes run Monday 10am and 6pm and Thursday 6pm, Friday 10am. Children are welcome, and classes are suitable for all age types/fitness levels. Classes include fitness/boxfit and the challenge entitles you to 2 classes a week (can attend more if you'd like for $7.50 includes post workout nutrition)
