Cheesemaking Course Vacancies
Papanui High School still have vacancies on our popular Cheesemaking course to be held on Saturday 2 July 10 am - 1 pm at a cost of $95. This fun 3 hour course is an interactive Cheese Demonstration class which involves making and tasting 5 soft cheeses - Ricotta, Feta, Camembert, Neuf Chatel and Mascapone. All recipes are provided along with an easy explanation on how students can make their own cheeses at home.
