Papanui High School Booty Barre Course Term 3
Do you want to maintain or improve your fitness over the winter? Come along and join Papanui High School's Booty Barre Course for Term 3. This class is a fun and energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates and Yoga that will tone and define the whole body. Booty barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.
The class starts on Monday 29 July 6.30-7.30 pm for 7 weeks at a cost of $98. Taught by Linda Ewen, who is a certified Booty Barre trainer, this is a fun workout class. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
