Root To Tip Competition Winners
The Root To Tip Competition was organised by Garden To Table with the support of Love Food Hate Waste to get kids to cook seasonal, locally sourced vegetarian 2 courses meal using the ingredients from the root to the tip to limit food waste.
The winners were Nina and Jean from Heathcote Valley School with a Choko Gratin. They were judged by last year’s winners Otis and Noa and Chefs Alex Davies from Gathering and Alesha Bilbrough-Collins from Bearlion.
