Tegel Summer Series: Peri Peri Butterflied Chicken
This spectacular free range butterflied chicken from Tegel will be the star of the table. Seasoned with tasty Peri Peri marinade it's perfectly matched with Tzatziki yoghurt dip and fragrant couscous.
