Fruit and Vege Bonanza!

Linda Turner from Hornby Community Care Centre

Do you find it hard to get to the shops for your fruit and vegetables

Here's a hassle-free way to grab yourself a fantastic bag of fresh fruit and vegetables at a great price. For $15.00 a week you will get a selection of seasonal fruit and vegetables which will vary weekly. The Hornby Community Centre is a hub for the ChCh South Fruit and Vege Co-op and provides a pick-up point (collect from 11am Wednesday until 5pm Thursday). If you would like to help this local Co-op you can become part of the team who share the workload of packing or assisting in other ways. Orders can be via internet banking or paid directly to Linda at the Hornby Community Centre, paid a week in advance.

To join, or to ask for more information, contact Linda. Ph: 349-9793 or email: hornbycommunitycentre@xtra.co.nz
