Years in the making, and truly the wait.....

Raymond from Woolston

Years in the making, and truly worth the wait, this mid-century charmer has been renovated to strongly appeal to each and every family member. Situated well within the reach of beneficial amenities, the location within the named “suburb to watch”, affords endless options for both daily necessities and weekend entertainment. Meticulously crafted and tastefully prepared for your immediate comfort, this home affords you to live your life separate from home maintenance worries. Multiple decking additions, installation of double glazing and full insulation, plumbing and electrical upgrades, and with a lengthy list of completed and unique features throughout kitchen, living, beds and bath, the attractiveness is easily defined. Retreat outdoors to private and completed alfresco living, or travel to the rear of the section where you might stamp your own personality. It’s not hard to imagine, and easier still to seize for yourself.

Poll: If we want to reduce speeding, what do you think actually changes driver behaviour? 🛻🚨🚓

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In the Post's article on speeding penalties, the question is asked whether speeding fines are truly about road safety, or are they just a way to boost revenue for the Crown?

Addictive Eaters Anonymous

How much does it cost to join AEA?

There are no dues or fees for joining AEA or attending AEA meetings. We are self-supporting through our own voluntary contributions. At some point during each meeting we pass the basket to help cover expenses, such as the cost of rent and literature. Members are not obliged to contribute, but we usually do so to the extent we are able.
