It goes well and has good colour. It is very heavy and would need a couple of "strong" guys to lift it. Contact me via cell 027 385 7366 to arrange a pick up time - Rose

As when walking closeby I was surprised to see all the interior lights suddenly turned on (the second floor) and then a dry powder fire extinguisher being blasted out of an opened window. This gave a clear indication in certain forms of ongoing and distinctly unusual activity. However I then noted the security fence surrounding the new complex currently being built had been forced wide open. When I realised this allowed free access to the rear of this building (which was not even padlocked) I felt quite sure this required immediate and further investigation. The police response was absolutely amazing (very quick) and it appears the offenders (believe two local kids) left in quite a hurry (on a bike and a small kids scooter) and escaped being caught. The police noted the entire upstairs of this building is now completely trashed. A grave concern is the total failure of ensuring the security of this dangerous building for serious safety reasons.

Was walking by there last evening and saw some rats coming from some of the rubbish that someone had dumped. The place is an eyesore - people are dumping rubbish, the grass is very long. Come on Linwood League - do something about it!!!!!!

Just want to say I hope you have all been safe, to our new members that have signed up, a HUGE WELCOME TO YOU ALL, I do hope that you find this site helpful and informative in some way or another. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to ask, there are alot of people on here that are more than willing to help if possible. Please be safe on the roads if you are travelling near or far, I must say myself that my whanau so far have been pretty lucky to make it to OAMARU and back to CHCH safe and sound, but come next week my family and I will be heading to Te Puke which is in the B.O.P back to where my whanau (family) are from. I will try to keep up to date with what is going on, but as it is the festive season for catching up with family and friends it is a tad bit on the hard side some times. But I do wish you all a safe and Happy New Year, may it bring new beginnings, alot of joy and less heartache to you all. May you all achieve what you set out to do in the new yr and I wish you all the very best. Thanks from me and my Whanau to you all
