WINNIE BAGOES FUNDRAISER -FERRYMEAD

I am the manager of the Canterbury Junior/Youth Tenpin Bowling Team and we are holding a fundraiser at Winnie Bagoes in Ferrymead to help get to Nationals in Porirua. We need your help and support. Taking place on Sunday 17th September at 6.00pm. Tickets are $25 for an adult which includes breads, wedges, salad, and pizza. Kids (12 and under) are $15 and include breads, fries, and pizza. This is a set menu. Dietary requirements can be catered for, please advise when buying ticket. Why not get a group of friends together or your family. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
