At the Phillipstown Community Hub we have so many ideas and projects. Just to tell you a couple of them:
- Friday 31 March come to the our Twilight BBQ and meet the people from Purapura Whetu. They have just moved into the Hub and are so excited about starting working here at Phillipstown!
- Saturday 1 April come and look for the perfect bargain at our Garage Sale! And I promise you: it won't be an April fool! 😜

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
