Not only is there new carpet and laminate floors throughout, but the whole house has been freshly repainted, and the refitted bathroom has a new shower over the bath and stylish, contemporary fittings.
The kitchen is modern, with slimline dishwasher, generous pantry and a built in alcove for a sizeable side-by-side fridge/freezer.
Two generous double bedrooms both have built-in wardrobes and the third bedroom - a single - would also be perfect as a home office.
Cosiness is guaranteed with a heat pump, wall and ceiling insulation and damp-proofing under the floors. Outside, the house has been completely re-clad and painted. With its family-sized section, separate single garage and ample off-street parking, it's a perfect choice for first-home buyers or investors.
But, that's not all - this is a very convenient location near Eastgate Mall, within a 2 minute drive of Pak'n'Save Wainoni, across the road from local shops, a bar & cafe and a Mobil service station on the corner. Parents of school-aged children will appreciate a number of pre-schools within a short drive, as well as Aranui Primary, Chisnallwood Intermediate and Aranui High Schools all close-by.

Both have promises of large returns from Binary Markets Investments. One is called the Gemini 2 Scheme and the other is called Quantum Cash Machines. They both require a Credit payment up front of at least $250. Before you finish loading any details into these schemes your phone is ringing non stop. They both has similar stories from a self described philanthropist who has limited vacancies for only 50 persons to share in the fast multiplying share markets that show returns like $250,000 in just a few weeks. While online and watching their video/promo you see other NZ persons who have made deposits into these schemes.

Ok Facebook friends and your network...a call out for a large tank to rehome a Turtle (known as Mr Turtle)..that was at Karen's. He was Shane's and We are going to rehome him back at ours (he is a well travelled reptile)In the interim until life is more settled and certain in Kaikoura. His large tank was completely shattered in the quake. There really isn't much room at Mums for him there to reset him up.We left our aquarium back in Oz when we left Brisbane so need to get a new (second hand one)and the bits and pieces to set it all up again. He is a penny turtle who would now be 15-20 years old (a good size)...thank you in advance....

The closure scheduled for the weekend of November 19-20 has been cancelled due to the Cook Strait ferry service being cancelled following the Kaikoura earthquake. Essential equipment needed is currently stuck in the North Island.
