Pilates & Dance Classes for the community

I am excited to announce that I will be offering Mat Pilates and Dance Classes for adults and seniors. First class is FREE!
Classes will be held at 105, Bridle Path Road, Heathcote. Studio space is located near the rear of the second building.
Here are the details you need:
Dance Fitness
When: Every Wednesday evening
Time: 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM
Classical Mat Pilates:
When: Every Wednesday evening
Time: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Mat Pilates for Seniors:
When: Every Thursday morning
Time: 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Dance Freestyle
When: Every Thursday evening
Time: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Pedestrian access from one of Christchurch’s favourite streets is being extended all the way to the Ōtakaro Avon River. This new 12m-wide pathway will give you a direct, easy route from the street to the river promenade ... perfect for a stroll, a coffee run, or just soaking up the riverside vibes.

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
