Securing your property, vehicles and most importantly dogs!
Elusion has noticed an increase over Christmas and the New Year of puppy nappings, break ins, prowlers and cars going missing, or packages being stolen from the driveway.
It has especially broken our heart seeing a young pup going missing from a dairy but with great community spirit, security footage of offender and the power of social media we see he is now at home in his rightful place.
More and more we have seen great footage of offenders shared online and also warnings to others.
Its is good reminder to everyone to always lock doors and windows, have good security lighting around your whole house, get to know your neighbors and contemplate security cameras.
While security cameras can be a slightly expensive option we can't recommend it enough if you have puppies, or tools stored in vehicles, or lots of packages coming and going like we do. We love having the added security of our whole business and property monitored even while we put our feet up for a weeks camping in Hanmer springs recently.
Feel free to contact us to talk about security cameras, outside lighting or any other electrical needs.

Some Choice News!
DOC is rolling out a new tool to help figure out what to tackle first when it comes to protecting our threatened species and the things putting them at risk.
Why does this matter? As Nikki Macdonald from The Post points out, we’re a country with around 4,400 threatened species. With limited time and funding, conservation has always meant making tough calls about what gets attention first.
For the first time, DOC has put real numbers around what it would take to do everything needed to properly safeguard our unique natural environment. The new BioInvest tool shows the scale of the challenge: 310,177 actions across 28,007 sites.
Now that we can see the full picture, it brings the big question into focus: how much do we, as Kiwis, truly value protecting nature — and what are we prepared to invest to make it happen?
We hope this brings a smile!
Building job
I would like a pantry made in the gap the old hot water tank used to be. This involves a wall being taken out but it isn't load bearing.
Also a shelter outside over the bin area needs replacing.
I have tried Builders Crack and of the 3 only one turned up and I want more estimates.
Any recommendations of builders or handyman who are happy to at least have a look.
