Not to mention that texting, watching television or scrolling are all stimulating, which can keep your brain on alert. Avoid using electronic devices for at least an hour before bed and turn off the TV.

I came to my first meeting because my obsession with food was driving me crazy mentally, and because I was afraid I would not be able to stop putting on weight.
