Papanui High School Yoga Nightclass
Papanui High School still has places available in their Yoga nightclass starting on Wednesday 10 August 6-7.15 pm for 7 weeks at a cost of $105. This course will incorporate Yoga postures, gentle movement sequences and breath awareness. You will be encouraged to work with your own body to help improve strength, balance, flexibility and calmness of mind.
