Two story sunny house , rear section on Blenheim road . Close to all amenities . 5/6 minutes walking to Middleton grange school. 2.2km to Canterbury university . 1.2 KM to church corner /bush inn. No80 Bus stop is next to the driveway , to Lincoln university and Town center . 10-15 minutes Walking to Riccarton mall.
This house will be available from 13th, June.
Four bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Has two large double bedrooms upstairs.
Off street parking.
If anyone is interested to rent the whole house , 1 year lease contract, 600/week. If the contract can be signed earlier and lease started exactly from 14th, June. The rent will be 580/week .

ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.
๐ก๏ธ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and youโre unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.
Remember, banks will:โโ
โ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codesโโ
โ Never need to know your full credit card number โ especially the CVC
โ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your deviceโโ
โ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.
