This is often because our homes are full of light that disrupts the release of melatonin, the hormone that naturally regulates sleep.
The EVE G4, IRIS TILT and IRIS 2 SLEEP LED products have been designed to significantly reduce parts of the light spectrum that inhibit melatonin release, thereby assisting the body to sleep.
