Papanui High School Mosaics class Term 1
Do you like collecting treasurers such as beautiful old china, coloured glass, mirror, stone, beads, coins and much more? A combination of these items can be turned into a Mosiac masterpiece made by yourself. Papanui High School is offering a fun nightclass where you will learn how to Mosaic. No experience is required, just a desire to learn this craft. You will learn where to get/source goods from especially upcycling and repurposing. Everyone in the class is working on their own project. ☔️ Where’d the summer go?
It’s the talk of the town (and every coffee queue): the Canterbury "summer" has felt a bit wet this year! We’ve definitely had our fair share of grey skies and raincoats lately 🌧️ In fact, the Post reports that Christchurch experienced almost double our usual!
While the forecast is looking bright for this weekend (fingers crossed!), we aren't out of the woods ... there are a few more cold fronts lining up before winter hits.
