Fun-raiser for PT in the Park
Help us raise money for a good cause!
Come for a bit of Quiz fun on the 27th of March at The Brewers Merivale ,$25/pp entry and food is provided.
PT in the Park was born after the Canterbury earthquakes when people couldnโt access their gyms. To this day, it still provides free access to a weekly workout for people who might not be able to afford a gym membership!
We are all volunteers, and any money we get through donations or fundraising efforts like this quiz go to maintenance and fuel for our truck and trailer and buying equipment to deliver amazing effective workouts!

The Post has been diving into our daily habits, and research suggests being an early bird or a night owl isnโt just a choiceโitโs biology! We all have that specific time when our brains finally "click" into gear.
This raises a big question for the modern workplace. To get the best out of everyone, should employers accommodate our natural body clocks? This idea is at the heart of the four-day work week and flexible scheduling movements.
