Hi everyone! We've created a fundraiser to give our special boys a trip later this year for their milestone birthdays of 13, 10 and 5. We are a little family with our eldest two having disabilities. They are such wonderful little guys who just carry on even when its hard, especially when i cant be around, ive had a rough year with my mental health so we are wanting to have a break and take our boys away and have quality time with them later in the year. Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
