Have you experienced depression? Would you be willing to do a TV interview?

Evita from Papanui

The research Collaborative, collaborative.org.nz... is making a TV documentary about depression. We are looking for a wide range of people to interview for the show. Would you be willing to talk about your experiences on camera? If so can you please send a short description of what you would like to talk about, and what you have experienced? A few lines will be fine.
We are open to anyone, we are also looking for a farmer, or someone who has come here from another country who struggled to find help for depression would be great.
Shooting will happen in Christchurch/Canterbury area.

We will ensure that we show everyone in a positive way and only show what people want us to show.
All emails are strictly confidential. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Please email michael@ess.org.nz

Loose/Lost dog on Office Road near Merivale Reserve

Jeanine from Merivale

There is a brown boxer looking dog loose on Office Road near the Merivale Reserve. I was out with my dog so I kept my distance. If it’s still there tomorrow morning I’ll call the council.

Got more greens than you know what to do with? 🥦🌱🥕

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Whether it’s a courgette takeover or a feijoa frenzy, don’t let those garden gems go to waste!

Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
