Serenity Sugar Strike
Hi all.
I'm a qualified Health and Wellbeing Coach with my new business called Serenity Health. My aim is to educate people so they can improve their health and wellbeing so they can lead happier and healthier lives.
I have just produced a PDF booklet called "Serenity Sugar Strike" which can be purchased through my website and is instantly downloadable. It informs you what sugar really is, what it does to the body, gives you tips to watch your sugar consumption and lists commonly eaten foods and shows just how much sugar is in them. It also provides a cut the sugar diet plan to follow and 25 low processed sugar recipes to try.
Grab a copy today! It only costs $29.90 and gives you so much information plus recipes!
The link to the booklet is:-

Excessive sugar consumption leads to so many health issues in today's society including obesity, heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Sugar is being placed in foods to compensate for the lack of fat in the low fat fad era and a lot of people just aren't aware of what excessive processed sugar consumption is really doing to their body and health.
Please support my new business. Thank you!

There is a brown boxer looking dog loose on Office Road near the Merivale Reserve. I was out with my dog so I kept my distance. If it’s still there tomorrow morning I’ll call the council.

Whether it’s a courgette takeover or a feijoa frenzy, don’t let those garden gems go to waste!
Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
