Tai chi for Beginners Enrolling Now
This Tai Chi for beginners' class is the perfect time and opportunity to try a winter challenge.
Class starts on Monday the 17th of July 7.20pm at a cosy warm and very unique and private spaced venue allowing for a quality of small group atmosphere and service. If you have not tried it before your qualified instructor will guide you through every step of the way through this short form modified Yang Style class for beginners.

Our amazing Hillary Hikers from Edmund Hillary Village showed their support for Bowel Cancer New Zealand's Move Your Butt campaign this month!
Sporting the bright purple and orange campaign shirts, these wonderful walkers hit the Auckland waterfront and marched from Mission Bay to Kohimarama, raising awareness for bowel cancer and the importance of early detection along the way.
