TWINKLE TOTS
We meet on Friday mornings, in school term, 10.30am to 11.15am for song and dance activity for pre-school children up to 4 years. It is held at St Mary's Anglican Church Hall, cnr Martindales Rd and Truscotts Rd, Heathcote. Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. After the session we have a relaxed break for morning tea/coffee and something to eat - children can play safely. Free to all regardless of faith or creed. Gold Coin donation. Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
