LIFE SKILLS COURSE - COOKING ON A BUDGET

We will be launching our very first Life Skills course, with "Cooking On A Budget". We are excited to have Chef & Author Sarah Angelo with us, who will be taking this 4-week course on a Tuesday.

You will learn how to save cash in the kitchen, cooking on a budget along with shopping tips, eating healthy and meal planning.

This 4-week course starts Tuesday 19th February 12pm - 3pm at Empower Church, with a small cost of $5.00 per session, to cover ingredients. Everyone who completes the 4 weeks course, will also receive a copy of "Cash In The Kitchen".

So book your place TODAY, as seats are limited.

How much does it cost to join AEA?

There are no dues or fees for joining AEA or attending AEA meetings. We are self-supporting through our own voluntary contributions. At some point during each meeting we pass the basket to help cover expenses, such as the cost of rent and literature. Members are not obliged to contribute, but we usually do so to the extent we are able.
