POOR CELL COVERAGE

Rachael from Kennedys Bush

Who's had enough on the poor cell phone coverage provided by OneNZ. So called Award winning cell phone coverage of which we have been using with moderate success for 28+ years in recent times has seen so called improvements to the cell towers. This have seen a massive slip in coverage and quality of coverage around the Westmorland- Kennedys Bush area. When faced to the call centre I was met with "Change to another provider" that's it. I know of many that have had to install Boosters at their own cost to have coverage at their homes. Is this good enough ? My home is just 10km from the Square of Christchurch City and yet we have zero coverage, is this good enough from a massive provider such as OneNZ?
Are you having issues out there as well?? Id love to hear about it. In ones and twos we have no say but together we may be able to improve this situation which to be fair is simply not good enough.
