Lorna Jean Gorman, Personal Trainer at Graham Condon, Jellie Park and Taiora QEII, was nominated for the Exercise New Zealand Industry Awards 2021 and was awarded as a finalist along with five other Personal Trainers. Lorna also has a private Studio “The Naked Gym” at Belfast.
Lorna has spent the past few years fine-tuning her fitness education to help her clients move better and with more fluidity - providing relief from aches and pains. She continues to up-skill as part of an Advanced Mentorship programme to deepen her knowledge of the physical, mental and emotional workings of the body from a female-specific, age-specific, surgery and recovery perspective.
Lorna provides one-to-one support to help people make positive lifestyle changes so they can enjoy the benefits of a healthier life, move more freely and with less pain, and accomplish their fitness and lifestyle goals.
