Did you know that you can dramatically reduce your risk of falling by keeping fit and strong? Studies show that if you work on strength, coordination, balance and fitness your risk of falling minimizes greatly.

Come along to Woodend Community Hall every Monday 9am for a circuit based exercise class specifically targeted at building strength, fitness, balance and flexibility. Classes have been running for three years and are lead by Laura, a fully qualified and experienced personal trainer.

First class free, $10 there after. Coffee and a natter at the Grub Hub after!
