Beautiful antique Imbuia table and 4 chairs

Hannelie from Prebbleton

Beautiful Imbuia wood, Ball & Claw, dining room table with four chair

Dimensions of table:
140 cm (L) X 100cm (W) X 76 cm (H)
The table and chairs are in good condition for their age, and normal wear and tear
The tabletop is a little bit loose and there is a small crack, but it's an easy fix and doesn't affect the use of the table at all
Very sad to see it go but I just don't have space for it

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
