House to buy in Somerfield School Zones

Karla from Somerfield

We are a family of 4 (plus 2 golden retrievers) recently moved back to CHCH from Brisbane and we are urgently looking for a house to purchase in the Somerfield area before the school year commences. My husband and I have a 12 yr old daughter and a 10 yr old son.

We previously lived in Avonside during the 2010-2011 timeframe and moved back to Brisbane when we were red zoned. We call CHCH home and fought hard to return here and now we're lucky enough to move back with my husbands job.

We are looking for a min of 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas would be ideal, min of 600m2 block and we are happy to look at any updating that needs doing. So if you or anyone you know are about to place your house on the market or thinking about it in the coming months, we would love to hear from you.

Cheers
Karla & Justin

Step by step for a great cause!

Anthony Wilding Retirement Village

Our amazing Hillary Hikers from Edmund Hillary Village showed their support for Bowel Cancer New Zealand's Move Your Butt campaign this month!

Sporting the bright purple and orange campaign shirts, these wonderful walkers hit the Auckland waterfront and marched from Mission Bay to Kohimarama, raising awareness for bowel cancer and the importance of early detection along the way.
