Car boot/garage sale
There is to be a car boot/ garage sale. Outside sites at $10 a site so that you can sell from your car. There are some indoor sites as well also $10 a site. Venue is St Mary's Church Hall. We do not need donation of items at this stage, save them until our fair later in the year , the sites are for you to sell your items and for you to keep the proceeds. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
