Come join Go Cycle Christchurch for a free slow confidence boosting ride through parts of CBD and Hagley Park today, Wednesday 19 April 4.30pm start cnr Hagley/Riccarton Ave.

And at 5.30pm all cycle minded ladies are invited to come along for Ladies Night at Action Bicycle Club, 8 Walker St.
There will be free bike tuneups, wine/cheese, test ride an e-bike or city bike, store wide discounts and a chance to meet other cycle minded ladies...... What's not to like?

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
