Brian Neighbourly Lead from Casebrook

Hi,
I am looking for on behalf of a middle-aged male work colleague, a 2-3 bedroom rental house/townhouse/flat up to $400 weekly rent in one of the following areas: Papanui, Casebrook, Bishopdale, Russley, Harewood, Ilam, Northcote.
