Replacement costs for home insurance
Over the last couple of years I have been made aware that I need to keep upto date with cost for replacing my house if I have to replace it.
This year the insurance companies have not mentioned it which got me wondering. So I used the online calculator that I used last year and the price dropped by $200K ?
Last year my house was estimated for selling at $200K more, but why would that affect the rebuilding costs?
I am sure there are some people who will be able to share thoughts

How much does it cost to join AEA?
There are no dues or fees for joining AEA or attending AEA meetings. We are self-supporting through our own voluntary contributions. At some point during each meeting we pass the basket to help cover expenses, such as the cost of rent and literature. Members are not obliged to contribute, but we usually do so to the extent we are able.
