small rental home wanted
A full-time working mum and her pre-school daughter are looking to rent a place they could call home, long-term. A 1-2 bedroom little house/cottage, dry, warm, tidy and quiet. Cashmere area would be great but happy to look into others too. A little fully-fenced backyard would be a huge plus as well as a (partly) furnished property (certainly not a must though). We are quiet, tidy and respectful tenants, busy and often away skiing, hiking and camping, house-proud, always pay on time and can provide glowing references.
