'RETIRED' OR ABOUT TO STOP WORKING?
I'm wanting to establish a discussion group for people who are either nearing 'retirement' or who have recently ceased their paid working lives. The programme would be a couple of hours a week for several weeks and each week would open up a different topic. My first step is to gather together up to twelve people and run a proof of concept. Anyone interested?

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
