Shift your mind - Live empowered

Dani Rius - Strategic Intervention Coach (Tony Robbins' method)

When we are feeling at our best, life feels easy. We perform very well at work, at school, and any activity. How often do you feel that way? That is the state of "flow", coined by the positive psychologist, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, a state we would rather be in than in the distractions of invasive thoughts such as 'I can't do it', 'it's too difficult', 'I am not good enough'.
Flow is a state of total absorption, or immersion in the present. Being mindful of the present and enjoying it with a mind of gratitude which makes us enjoy more of what we are doing right now.
But what if we get distracted with other thoughts? We may have had an argument earlier and struggle to focus on the task at hand. Work feels boring and annoying in comparison to the time we spend with friends and family.
Be grateful for the little things in life and foster friendly and warm feelings at every moment and in every occasion until you shift your mind and feel empowered to live each moment of your life in the flow.
Contact Dani if you want to learn how to make this shift. My clients make this shift in the first 3 sessions. Fill out a contact form at www.danirius.com... and we will get in touch with you for a no obligation phone consultation.
