I am a plant-based chef and hatha yoga instructor, and I wanted to let you know about an upcoming workshop I'll be teaching, which will be a yummy, healthy, and educational evening centered around raw desserts! Learn about some health benefits of eating raw foods, such as preserving powerful enzymes, fiber, and vitamins, along with a variety of simple yet delicious raw dessert preparation techniques featuring chocolate and fruit, such as Chocolate Bark, Chocolate Avocado Mousse, Superfood Chocolate Clusters, Fudge-A-Roons, Pistachio Cranberry Cookies, Lime Chia Pudding, Vanilla "Ice Cream," Strawberry Mousse Pie with Almond Tart Crust, and Tropical Fruit Tart! Learn how to make all the desserts and then we will taste them all together as well. You will also receive the recipes so that you can recreate these treats at home, without needing to acquire lots of special equipment!
This will take place on Wednesday, the 15th of November, from 6:30-8:30 pm at the Space Academy. $30 per person to cover the workshop, space, and ingredients. Please register ahead through the Facebook event link below. Child friendly (extra tickets and registrations not required for children), and beverages not included but available from the Space Academy Bar.
I also prepare personal chef meals, do catering and cakes, and teach yoga classes, as well as private cooking lessons, if anyone is ever interested in those! Thanks so much, and happy Friday! :)

From 11.15am till 3pm/4pm - with a BBq LUNCH
I'd like to get it completed by Show Week; Monday 13th November to Friday 17th November.
Little background.
It is to help out the owners of the Augingly Motels; www.audinglymotel.co.nz.........
at 609 Cashel St; who are both in their 80's John and Joan, they are a local business in Linwood, operating for over 45 years and they have owned the business for 25 years.
They have extensive gardens onsite and they've just had their EQ work done and the gardens have been let go, and its a little too much for John to get sorted on his own.
They were kind enough to have us stay there during a tough time in our lives and I want to just do something small for them, I will put on a BBQ lunch on the Saturday and hopefully I'll be able to get some bark and other things needed donated.
It will mean they'll be able to promote themselves more, and it will look more attractive to go and stay there;
They are a local small business; who do help out others in their community, I think it would be a wonderful thing to do with our community. We need a lot of volunteers to do the gardening, the more we have the easier and quicker it is to get done.
Garden size is average, its just over one side of the property.
Rose Garden, and and area to tidy up
If you can help, or know others who might, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Firstly with what day suits best, and what you can do?
I am able to be contacted on email or on cell 0275055811 anytime
Hear back from you soon
