Governors Bay Fete
Governors Bay Fete is tomorrow – Sunday 19th October.
Join us at Allandale Domain (near the turn off for Living Springs) from 11am to 3pm for a fun-filled day with lots of stalls and activities.
There will be:
- clothing, jewellery, ceramics, crafts, plants, toys, soaps, candles, White Elephant, books
- Food choices from around the world as well as delicious Devonshire Cream Teas
- Sumner Silver Band, the Fire Brigade, archery, dunk the principal
- and lots more
This is always a fantastic event, and the weather is looking kind, so we look forward to seeing you there!

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
